Using a subscription should allow you to forecast and prepare for demand in a consistent manner. If your customers buy 100 units at the beginning of the year, then you have to meet that demand all at once. But if you can create a subscription that offers them 10 units a month, you flatten that demand over the course of the year PLUS it’s more predictable from month to month. That’s a really simple explanation but it’s the theory I’m getting at.
