Thanks Sebastian, and just to clarify, I’m not anti-deadline, I’m anti-artificial deadline. For every no-deadline software build I’ve seen struggle to launch, I’ve seen 10 that launched crappy, buggy, even dangerously insecure software to market. My take is that if you have failure to meet even the loosest deadlines, you have a people problem, not a process problem.
