Thanks for the comment, Greg. I’m not going to disagree with you but I am going to clarify. When you start with one customer, you’ll be learning about how to sell your product, molding your pitch, what’s comfortable for you, what sounds right and what doesn’t sound right. In doing this over and over, that first customer is my test run, and I learn a ton from that. One customer also suggests direct, face-to-face (or close to it) communication, which I think is critical in the early stages of selling the product. So yeah, I wouldn’t pull data off one customer, like you said, but then I wouldn’t pull data off 10 either. I don’t even expect to sell until I get to a higher number, and if I do, I chalk that up to noise.
