Thank you, Dipayan. So I’d say yes, go after the market, but don’t copy the model unless you want to wind up positioning yourself as a smaller competitor with an odd twist in the execution. Sell the new model to the existing market. Stick to your guns.
Now, if what you mean by business model for your example is really stripping it down to “People will pay for you to drive them from one place to another,” then obviously there is no harm in that.
