Thank you, Casen. It’s definitely something that founders and executive have to take a proactive and hands-on approach to get right. It changes with each new hire, then you get to where you’re getting a couple new hires a week, and it can get out of hand really quickly. There’s a balance between spending enough time on and spending too much time on it, because the latter will bite you too.

At the very least, the executive team should be meeting once a month to talk about growth and culture.
