Look, if there's a thing out there, and it keeps getting used wrong, and it keeps causing problems, and it still keeps getting used wrong, and then a whole cottage industry pops up to help people use it right, but then there's a lot of money to be made for people to use the thing wrong and pay to be trained to use it right, but then people still keep using it wrong...

At some point you have to blame the thing.
