Hey Steve, you make some good counterpoints and I appreciate you taking the time to think through them. I’ll try to stay away from argument and just back up the logic behind my points with respect.

So my question here, and the issue I’m trying to address is: Why is the sales team promising something that doesn’t work or is sketch at best on the roadmap?

My goal is to fix that instead of asking devs to do the improbable.
