Hey Ross, I totally get where you’re coming from and I appreciate the feedback. Truth is, I did that on purpose. I’ll repeat the line — it’s not how many customers you get, it’s what you learn from them. I’m trying to hammer home the fact that the mechanics aren’t as important as the strategy. That said, the mechanics to reach them will also depend on the strategy (and the product and the market and the distribution mechanism). Once you have that strategy, find where each audience is, and tailor your message to them.
