Good question, Jose. I’ve never used OKR personally so I can’t speak to its pros and cons. Maybe someone who has can comment. I look at all methodologies as a necessary (and I do mean necessary) evil as companies grow and eventually, they all start to produce more work than results. Theoretically, yeah, objectives long term and key results short term, that makes sense.
