Good points and thanks for such thoughtful feedback. So... fluff is fluff. Broadly defining what that might be across all companies in all industries seemed irresponsible, so I assumed we all know what it is when we have to do it. I honestly don't think that it's a matter of Gen Z not understanding how the corporate world works, but much like each generation before them, they see it, they get it, and -- in their case since it has devolved into almost all fluff -- they flat out reject it.
