God question, Alexandria. So let me dive a little bit into the recruiting model and how I said that was changing. Recruiters don’t charge the job seekers so they can load up on that side of the market. What happens is when employers post a job, they get a huge slush pile of people who aren’t qualified, aren’t looking, may not even exist. Drives the value for the employers way down. I think ultimately, if you’re offering value, you need buy-in on both sides. It might even be a nominal subscription fee to belong or a premium tier fee for those who are serious about belonging.
